JUNIOR CHEF CLASSES
Our Junior Chef classes are geared toward 9 to 12 year olds.
January 24th , 11 am to 12:15 pm - Chili!
We will get our students ready to make a great Super Bowl food - homemade chili! Junior Chefs will cut onions, saute ground meat, add kid-friendly spice and while it simmers, we will grate cheese, make garlic bread and portion out all components to take home with their chili!
February 21st , 11 am to 12:15 - Omelettes!
Breakfast is a great meal for kids to make! and Omeletes are a great meal to eat for breakfast, lunch AND dinner! Students will each make their own omelette on our electric griddle and fill with their choice of toppings and take home to show off to their family! We will share one in class as well!
March 21st, 11 am to 12:15 - Easter Egg Nests
Students will make these adorable rice krispie nests to be a delicious part of the family Easter table. We will make and form into nests then fill with mini easter eggs to enjoy in class. Each student will take home their own 6 nests to finish setting up and then filling them at home with chocolate and eggs that we send home with their kit!
April 18th, 11 am to 12:15 - Banana Bread
We will make and bake mini banana bread loaves while learning to measure out ingredients, beat eggs, smash ripe bananas and properly scoop into loaf pans! Then while they bake, we will make and enjoy banana pudding! Each Junior Chef will take home their own mini loaf.
May 16th, 11 am to 12:15 - Kebobs!
In this class, Junior Chefs will marinate and assemble vegetable and Chicken kebobs and we will grill them under strict supervision on our tabletop grill pan. Each student will take two grilled kebobs and ingredients to make two more to share with their family.
TICKETS FOR THE BELOW SCHEDULED CLASSES WILL GO ON SALE DECEMBER 26TH AT 6 AM!
All Junior Chef Classes will be $45 in 2026. This cost will cover a generous sampling that will go home with each child.
FULFILLMENT POLICY: REFUNDS FOR JUNIOR CHEFS CLASSES CANCELLED BY CUSTOMERS 14 DAYS BEFORE SCHEDULED CLASSES WILL BE REFUNDED 100%. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THE 14 DAY PERIOD BEFORE SCHEDULED CLASS WILL NOT BE CREDITED UNLESS KITCHEN 19 IS ABLE TO RE-SELL THE TICKET (S). NO CREDIT FOR FUTURE CLASS IS EVER GIVEN AS OUR CLASS SIZE IS SO SMALL. 100% CREDITS ARE GIVEN MINUS THE ORIGINAL FEE ASSIGNED BY TICKETING SERVICE. ANY CLASS CANCELLED BY KITCHEN 19 WILL BE CREDITED A FULL 100%.
