JUNIOR CHEF CLASSES
Fall 2026
Our Junior Chef classes are geared toward 9 to 13 year olds.
September 26th, 10:00 am to 11:15 pm - Eggs Benedict
Breakfast is a great meal for kids to make! and we will assemble a kids friendly Eggs Benedict. Junior Chefs will learn to poach an egg, make a packaged Hollandaise sauce and assemble their open-faced sandwich. We will plate our breakfast like a restaurant, enjoy a few bites of our group sandwich in class and then package their own creation to send home!
October 17th, 10:00 am to 11:15 pm - Homemade Gnocchi
October 17th, 12:15 pm to 1:30 pm - Homemade Gnocchi
We will make Ricotta Gnocchi from the homemade dough to forming and boiling the gnocchi, then topping it off with a fall sauce made with sweet potato brown butter and sage ! Chefs will have a taste in class and take their own portion home to share with the fam!
November 21st, 10:00 am to 11:15 pm - Homemade Biscuits
Chef Myla will lead this class and teach all the ins and outs of making homemade biscuits just in time for Thanksgiving! We will also make a cranberry compound butter to serve with your biscuits. We will send home 4 biscuits to share with your family and they will surely want your help to make the compound butter for the Thanksgiving dinner, which would be great with the packaged biscuit dough as well!
December 5th, 10:00 am to 11:15 pm - Spritz Cookies
Miss Gianna will lead this class to teach junior chefs to make old-fashioned press cookies, and decorating them with christmas sprinkles - chefs will take a dozen home!
December 12th, 1:00 pm to 2:45 pm - Christmas Macarons
Chef Emma will make a visit to teach our Junior Chefs the ins and outs of making authentic macarons and color them in green and red for Christmas. Chefs will take home 6 each! THIS CLASS IS GEARED TO 12 TO 16 YEAR OLD TEENS.
All Junior Chef Classes will be a minimum of $50 for fall 2026.
This cost will cover a generous sampling that will go home with each Junior Chef and there will not be any sales tax added.
FULFILLMENT POLICY: REFUNDS FOR JUNIOR CHEFS CLASSES CANCELLED BY CUSTOMERS 14 DAYS BEFORE SCHEDULED CLASSES WILL BE REFUNDED 100%. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THE 14 DAY PERIOD BEFORE SCHEDULED CLASS WILL NOT BE CREDITED UNLESS KITCHEN 19 IS ABLE TO RE-SELL THE TICKET (S). NO CREDIT FOR FUTURE CLASS IS EVER GIVEN AS OUR CLASS SIZE IS SO SMALL. 100% CREDITS ARE GIVEN MINUS THE ORIGINAL FEE ASSIGNED BY TICKETING SERVICE. ANY CLASS CANCELLED BY KITCHEN 19 WILL BE CREDITED A FULL 100%.
