Pumpkin Pie 101 - Flaky Crust with a toasted Pumpkin Pie Filling

Chef Myla will share her tips for the flakiest pie crust and for her toasted pumpkin pie filling for this classic Thanksgiving dessert recipe your family will love you for making! Each student will bring home a completed pie!
Halloween Magic - Themed individual cake decorated to the nines!
Friday, Oct 24th 6:30 to 9:00 pm
Chef Myla will guide the students in stacking icing and decorating their own 6” cake in a professional way to feel comfortable to make your own fall layered and decorated cake at home. The cake you prepare in class will go home to share with your family or friends.
Maple Delight - Maple Pecan Cheesecakes

Chef Myla will prepare a homemade graham cracker crust with the class with a luscious cheesecake filling, caramelized pecans and a maple sauce to complete this decadent Fall dessert. And of course, your mini version will go home with you!
Holiday Cheer - Themed individual cake decorating

Cake decorating was so popular, we had to do it agin! Learn to stack, ice and decorate your own Christmas themed cake while sipping and snacking at kitchen 19. Lead by a professional cake decorator, Chef Myla will show you all the tips and tricks you need to start making your own beautifully iced and piped cakes. Bring you creativity and holiday cheer, we’re excited for everyone to join us in our cozy and festive kitchen!
Cookie Bake - Christmas Cookies

Dreamed of making your own professionally decorated cookies with the form of flooding your cookie with icing and detailed icing techniques? Chef Myla will lead this class in teaching these skills and you will go home with a half dozen of beautifully Christmas Cookies! Kitchen 19 will be featuring our Holiday Sugar Cookie Espresso Martini Mix - enjoy as a mocktail or bring your own vodka to mix in!

December 19th - 7 Fishes with Homemade Linguine Pasta - $85
We are combining Chef Lou’s popular pasta making class with our Holiday 7 fishes class to give our students a truly spectacular hands-on class to learn to serve your family this season! After prepping the linguine, Chef Lou will finish off a Seafood Stew giving his tips on cooking mussels, clams, cod, Dungeness crab, and scallops. You will begin your evening with a winter lettuce salad with boiled shrimp and a delicious vinaigrette using anchovies (not to be seen - just taste its umami flavor!) You will end with a lemon sorbet and your 7 Fishes dinner is complete!
