Teens Cook!
We are beginning to add a few classes that are geared toward 13 to 17 year olds. Our new Chef Instructor, Miss Bella, is leading classes that teach teens to cook at home with dishes they can make for family dinners or for themselves to promote their creativity in the kitchen.
We encourage teens that have a little experience in the kitchen to sign up for these classes. Miss Bella will address different ethnic styles and ingredients as well as more sophisticated baking classes. She hopes to have teens understand that cooking at home, rather than ordering take-out food, can typically be more healthy, cost less and foster a sense of accomplishment for this age group.
For the summer, we are starting with a baking class and will be developing a schedule for the fall!

College-bound students will also learn the importance of efficient shopping, prepping, storing food and cleaning up!!! This will be a very comprehensive 3 hours to give your young adults the confidence to cook for themselves.
