Bring your own private group to learn how to make Gnocchi!
Our Chef Instructor will lead a hands-on lesson in making different versions of these pasta pillows! We will make a mouth-watering ricotta based dough for a gnocchi type pillow and demonstrate how to form in different ways! We will also demonstrate how to make a brown butter sage sauce to serve in addition to a traditional Pomodoro sauce.
Class will also enjoy a charcuterie appetizer upon arriving, then a delicious gourmet Kitchen 19 salad, dinner sized portion of gnocchi with two sauces and our tiramisu parfaits a complete meal! We will provide wine glasses, opener and ice bucket for those who would like to bring their own bottle of wine to enjoy with dinner. This Private Class is priced for 8 people with a maximum of 10 people and the cost is $600 for 8 and $670 for 10. The class is geared toward adults or a family group with teens!
